Both Lee and Cortney are certified personal trainers through ACE Fitness Academy and bring two years of hands-on personal training experience to every client they work with. Cortney is also a certified Nutrition Specialist, helping clients build healthier habits both inside and outside the gym. In addition, both trainers are currently continuing their education to become Senior Fitness Specialists, expanding their ability to safely and effectively train older adults and individuals looking to maintain lifelong strength and mobility.
